Organizational Divisions and Powers of the Ministry
The Minister: He is the supreme head of the Ministry and is primarily responsible for its work and policy direction. Decisions, orders, and instructions are issued in his name regarding all matters related to the Ministry's tasks, divisions, powers, and all other technical, administrative, and organizational affairs within the limits set forth by law. He may delegate any powers he deems appropriate to the Undersecretary of the Ministry or any of its employees.

Undersecretary: Reports directly to the Minister and is responsible for implementing the Ministry's policy and plan. He has primary responsibility for adjudicating issues related to ensuring the smooth running of business within the framework of the powers granted to him by the Minister. He may delegate some of his powers to the heads of organizational units within the Ministry. He has an office managed by an employee with the title of Director, assisted by one or more employees. He is responsible for organizing and following up on correspondence received by or issued by the Undersecretary, in addition to performing regular secretarial duties and other tasks assigned to him. A number of experts report to the Undersecretary, as do the departments affiliated with the Ministry.
Financial Advisor: Reports directly to the Minister and is responsible for providing expertise in the areas assigned to him, preparing reports, studies, and research related to the Ministry's mandate, and performing any other tasks assigned to him by the Minister. The Financial Advisor is assisted in carrying out his duties by a technical department composed of several experienced and specialized individuals in the specific activities of the Ministry's mandate.
The Minister’s Office: It is headed by an employee with the title of Director, who holds a university degree, or has experience and expertise, assisted by a number of employees. He is responsible for organizing and following up on correspondence received by the Minister and the orders and instructions issued by him, classifying and storing private and confidential mail, securing communications, coordinating meeting and interview schedules, and all other tasks assigned to him by the Minister, as well as preparing and arranging the information, reports, and documents he requests.
